Matthew 8:11 And I say unto you, That many shall come from the east and west, and shall sit down with Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, in the kingdom of heaven. MC VC

Matthew 12:40 For as Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale’s belly; so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth. 4 I MC VC

Matthew 12:41 The men of Nineveh shall rise in judgment with this generation, and shall condemn it: because they repented at the preaching of Jonas; and, behold, a greater than Jonas is here. MC VC

Matthew 12:42 The queen of the south shall rise up in the judgment with this generation, and shall condemn it: for she came from the uttermost parts of the earth to hear the wisdom of Solomon; and, behold, a greater than Solomon is here. MC VC

Matthew 13:10 And the disciples came, and said unto him, Why speakest thou unto them in parables? MC VC

Matthew 13:11 He answered and said unto them, Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given. MC VC

Matthew 13:12 For whosoever hath, to him shall be given, and he shall have more abundance: but whosoever hath not, from him shall be taken away even that he hath. MC VC

Matthew 13:13 Therefore speak I to them in parables: because they seeing see not; and hearing they hear not, neither do they understand. MC VC

Matthew 13:14 And in them is fulfilled the prophecy of Esaias, which saith, By hearing ye shall hear, and shall not understand; and seeing ye shall see, and shall not perceive: 2 I MC VC

Matthew 13:15 For this people’s heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them. 1 I MC VC

Matthew 13:16 But blessed are your eyes, for they see: and your ears, for they hear. 1 I MC VC

Matthew 13:17 For verily I say unto you, That many prophets and righteous men have desired to see those things which ye see, and have not seen them; and to hear those things which ye hear, and have not heard them. MC VC

Matthew 15:1 Then came to Jesus scribes and Pharisees, which were of Jerusalem, saying, MC VC

Matthew 15:2 Why do thy disciples transgress the tradition of the elders? for they wash not their hands when they eat bread. MC VC

Matthew 15:3 But he answered and said unto them, Why do ye also transgress the commandment of God by your tradition? 4 I MC VC

Matthew 15:4 For God commanded, saying, Honour thy father and mother: and, He that curseth father or mother, let him die the death. MC VC

Matthew 15:5 But ye say, Whosoever shall say to his father or his mother, It is a gift, by whatsoever thou mightest be profited by me; MC VC

Matthew 15:6 And honour not his father or his mother, he shall be free. Thus have ye made the commandment of God of none effect by your tradition. MC VC

Matthew 15:7 Ye hypocrites, well did Esaias prophesy of you, saying, MC VC

Matthew 15:8 This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me. 10 I MC VC

Matthew 15:9 But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men. 2 I MC VC
